Cort MR710F FM Acoustic Electric Guitar with Hard Case in NORTHLAND CENTRE, Victoria for sale

This gem is a little bit special... unlike most other MR710 models, this one has flamed maple back and sides (to compliment the solid spruce top), which makes for a lovely bright sound. It also has a Fishman Classic4T with Sonicore pick-up for those wishing to plug in!
The guitar is in immaculate condition. I've looked after it well, and the only alteration to its original condition is the careful removal of the pickguard as I only finger strum and like the plain aesthetic of the guitar without it.
Included is a excellent quality and condition CNB hard case (see photos).
The reason for selling is my decision to downsize to a mini acoustic based on usability (I have short arms and small hands, you see!). As I haven't used it in a while, it could do with restringing.
