Charming House, Central Preston, close to UNI,86 Tram, & NMIT in NORTHLAND CENTRE, Victoria for sale

......Hi everyone, were Matt & Ella looking for a cool easygoing housemate ( or tourist or student is cool, minimum of 3 - 6 mths stay ) to rent a large room in our charming house with us in Preston.
The house is very large and roomy, it has polished floors and tiles through out the entire house, 12ft ceilings with ceiling fans in all the bedrooms,
The house is air conditioned & heated , has wireless internet, and the bedroom is generously large ( fits 2 single or one queen size bed, with plenty or room to spare ) ceiling fan and BIR.
The bedroom can be fully furnished, with all bed linen and manchester provided.
We are located just a stones throw frm the Preston market, where you can buy all the freshest fruit and vegies dirt cheap.
We are also like just 3 - 5 minutes walk to Preston Railway station and 86 trams, close to Bundoora Uni & NMIT.
Must be responsible and respectful to your housemates as we both work different hours.
We basically treat our home as an escape from the rat race so we are not looking for party animals or anyone who treats their house as a revolving door of unendless visitors.
That's not to say that you cant have your friends over, but we do like the space and tranquility that our home provides.
We are both easygoing, and enjoy to sit down over a drink and dinner if our paths cross at the same time.
Most important traits that we're looking for are, communication, quiet ( well week night's anyway ) and respect to fellow housemates. OH PS.. must love Cats, as we have a very overindulgent cat who thinks that he runs the home
