Large bedroom with WIR, bathroom, balcony and study in NORTHLAND CENTRE, Victoria for sale

G'day.
I am looking to rent out the spare room in my new 3 level 2 bedroom 2 bathroom plus powder room townhouse. My current housemate is moving out in 2 weeks so I thought I would whack it up on here and see how we go. The room available is on the top floor or level 3 and completely private. The other bedroom (mine) is on the ground floor so there's a fare buffer between the 2. I have all new furniture including a queen bed and bedside table in the room on offer. There's also a TV point if you are keen to keep to yourself.
I'm a 30 year old single guy who works most days including weekends in a professional career. Don't get me wrong I manage to make time for the occasional bender or a few nights out for drinks or going to see a gig.
I'm looking for someone (or a couple) preferably aged between say 23 and 40 (not set in stone) who is clean, tidy and considerate and generally not hard work to be around. I'm easing going and like the same. No life sappers!
If you have a professional job and or can survive renting, paying bills and what not in your current position then you will already have a leg up. I don't smoke, not my thing, clearly any smokers would do so outside.
I'm not opposed to pets, not really enough space for any hoofed livestock but I'm happy to discuss the logistics behind maintaing whatever creatures you are rolling with.
I am about 150m to Bell station, 300m to Preston Market and Woolworths. Lentil as Anything is just around the corner for any potential hipsters. Everything is within stones throw basically.
